("Customer") voluntarily authorizes Carolina Gas Transmission, LLC ("Transmission Provider") to release its non-public customer information to:
("An affiliate of Carolina Gas Transmission, LLC that employs or retains Marketing Function Employees").
Customer hereby acknowledges that Carolina Gas Transmission, LLC did not offer any preferences, either operational or rate-related, in exchange for this voluntary consent.
